Custom Foam Board Poster Sign
This custom sign is best for buyers who want a welcome message tailored to a wedding, shower, graduation, presentation, or other event. The listed size is 24 by 36 inches, and the product offers foam board, PVC, and corrugated plastic options, as well as multiple sizes and custom shapes.
Foam board is described as lightweight and suited to indoor displays. Corrugated plastic is the listed choice for durable, weather-resistant outdoor use, while PVC provides a smooth, rigid finish. The sign is printed in the United States.
- Best for: A personalized sign with event-specific wording.
- Why it stands out: Material, size, and shape options allow buyers to choose a format for their display needs.
- Consider: The message is custom rather than a ready-made classroom greeting, so check the personalization details before ordering.
QOUBAI Boho Welcome Classroom Banners
QOUBAI is best for a classroom that needs a coordinated pastel look. The set contains two banners featuring a soft rainbow design and the phrases “AWESOME THINGS START HERE” and “WELCOME.” Each banner measures about 11.8 by 39 inches, making the format long and visible on a wall or bulletin board.
The banners are made from thick cardstock with a protective PET coating. Adhesive dots are included for installation, so the package provides a simple way to display the signs without sourcing a separate set of dots.
- Best for: Teachers seeking a cheerful, boho-inspired classroom entrance.
- Why it stands out: Two matching messages create a more coordinated display than a single sign.
- Consider: The printed wording and pastel rainbow style are fixed, so this is not the choice for custom text or a different color scheme.
Sideim Colorful Classroom Welcome Posters
Sideim is best for buyers who want a two-part greeting with large, wide banners. One poster says “WELCOME,” and the other says “MAKE WAY FOR A GREAT DAY.” Each measures 44.88 by 11.22 inches, and the set includes 40 glue dots for mounting on bulletin boards, walls, windows, or doors.
The banners are made from 250gsm glossy coated paper. The product describes the surface as waterproof and the posters as tear-resistant and fade-proof, features that may suit a busy school display.
- Best for: Elementary or middle school classrooms needing a broad welcome display.
- Why it stands out: The two separate messages can be arranged together or placed in different spots.
- Consider: The large banner dimensions need sufficient wall or board space; measure the intended area first.
Sproutbrite Classroom Welcome Posters
Sproutbrite is best for classrooms where welcoming and encouraging messages are the main priority. The pack includes two posters, each measuring 13.5 by 39 inches. The listed messages are intended to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere and encourage students, including the phrase “Make Way for a Great Day.”
The tall poster format is designed to be visible across a classroom. These signs can work as a pair near an entrance or as separate accents around the room.
- Best for: Teachers who want positive, student-focused wording in a classroom display.
- Why it stands out: Both posters combine welcome-oriented decor with motivational messaging.
- Consider: The listing describes classroom wall decor, not a rigid freestanding board; plan to mount it on a suitable surface.
Decorably Colorful Welcome Poster Set
Decorably is best for buyers who want more than one greeting sign. The set includes seven welcome signs and eight inspirational classroom posters, with colorful designs and growth-mindset messages. It can help coordinate a door, hallway, or bulletin-board display around a welcoming theme.
The product is described as matte-laminated decor. Because the package includes multiple signs and inspirational posters, it offers more variety than the two-banner sets above, though the listed details do not give individual poster dimensions.
- Best for: Teachers creating a multi-piece classroom or hallway display.
- Why it stands out: The welcome signs and motivational posters provide a broader set of messages for decorating.
- Consider: Check the product listing for sizing details if the signs must fit a specific board or doorway.
Buying Guide: How To Choose A Poster Board Welcome Sign
Do you need custom text or a ready-made message?
Choose a custom foam board sign when the display needs names, event details, or wording that is not available on a preprinted banner. For a classroom greeting with fixed messages, the QOUBAI, Sideim, Sproutbrite, and Decorably sets are more direct options.
Where will the sign be displayed?
For an indoor event, the custom sign’s foam board option is described as lightweight. For outdoor use, its corrugated plastic option is described as weather-resistant. Classroom banners are designed as wall or bulletin-board decor, so consider how you will mount them and whether the surface has enough room.
How much display space do you have?
Compare the stated measurements with the wall, door, or board before ordering. Sideim banners are about 44.88 inches long, while QOUBAI banners are about 39 inches long. The Decorably listing includes multiple posters but does not provide individual dimensions in the supplied product details.
Would one sign or a coordinated set work better?
A single custom sign focuses attention on one personalized message. Two-banner products offer paired greetings, while Decorably includes a larger assortment for filling more display space. Choose based on the layout and number of messages you want visible.
