Buying Guide
- Best material and embroidery: Look for 3/4 inch block letters in spice brown thread to match official mil-spec colors.
- Backing and attachment: Hook fastener backing is common and reliable for OCP uniforms; sew-on options are available in some sets.
- Size consistency: Most tapes are 1 x 5 inches; confirm your unit’s standard before ordering to avoid mismatches.
- Pattern and color variety: Camouflage patterns (like Multicam) may affect tape color appearance; expect possible color uniformity issues with some batches.
- Customization: If you need personalized text, choose listings that explicitly offer custom name tapes and verify font options and color choices.
- Turnaround time: Some tapes are made to order and require several days for production and shipping; plan accordingly for uniforms in training or deployment cycles.
