EUDOSI Tie Dye Art And Craft Invitations
This art-themed set includes 20 invitation cards and 20 matching envelopes. Each card measures approximately 4 by 6 inches and has a double-sided design. Its painting-party theme helps signal the activity before guests arrive, making it a natural fit for a creative birthday celebration.
Best for: Hosts planning a tie-dye, painting, or general art party who want coordinated invitations and envelopes. It was selected for its clear theme and convenient matching set. Consider: The set contains 20 invitations, so it may not cover a larger guest list.
Pajean Art Painting Party Invitations
Pajean’s set includes 24 double-sided cards, 24 plain white envelopes, and two sheets of stickers in five designs. The cards measure about 4.72 by 6.69 inches. Fill-in lines provide space for a name, age, date, time, location, and RSVP details, with additional writing space on the back.
Best for: Hosts who want a painting-party design, more than 20 invitations, and stickers for added decoration. The thick cardboard cards are described as easy to write on. Consider: The larger card size may not suit someone looking for compact 4-by-6-inch invitations.
Fancy Land Kids’ Birthday Invitations
This general-purpose set comes with 20 birthday invitations and 20 envelopes. The cards measure 5 by 7 inches and are designed with space to fill in party information. The product is presented for boys’ or girls’ birthday celebrations, making it an option when the party does not need a specific activity theme.
Best for: Parents looking for a basic children’s birthday invitation set with room to write event details. It was selected as a simple alternative to the art- and game-themed options. Consider: The supplied details do not specify a particular theme or the exact printed fill-in fields.
Sweetzer & Orange Polka Dot Party Invites
This set includes 25 colorful birthday invitation cards with white envelopes. Its polka dot design features gold foil detail, giving the cards a festive look described for both adult and children’s birthdays. The 25-card count is the largest among the five selections in this guide.
Best for: Hosts who want a bright, playful design and need invitations for a somewhat larger group. The extra five cards compared with a 20-count set can help accommodate more guests. Consider: The design is specifically colorful and polka-dot themed, so it may not match a formal or tightly themed event.
Dinggaogao Video Game Birthday Invitations
Designed for video game-themed birthdays, this set contains 20 double-sided invitation cards and 20 envelopes with adhesive closures. Each card measures 3 by 6 inches. The specific theme helps make the invitation consistent with a game-focused celebration.
Best for: Hosts planning a video game party who want a matching invitation theme and included envelopes. It was selected for its clear event focus. Consider: The 3-by-6-inch format differs from the larger 5-by-7-inch cards in this selection.
Buying Guide: How To Choose Birthday Party Invitations
How many invitations should you buy?
Count the households or individual guests you plan to invite, then compare that number with the set size. The options here include 20-, 24-, and 25-card sets. If your guest list is close to the pack count, consider whether you need extra invitations for relatives, classmates, or last-minute additions.
Should the design match the party theme?
A themed card can make the event’s activity clear at a glance. Choose an art design for a painting party or a video game design for a gaming celebration. For a party without a specific theme, a general birthday or polka dot design may be easier to coordinate with different decorations.
What size and writing space do you need?
Check the listed card dimensions before choosing. These products range from 3 by 6 inches to 5 by 7 inches. Look for fill-in lines or a clear area for the guest of honor’s name, date, start time, location, and RSVP information. Pajean specifically lists fill-in spaces for these details.
Do envelopes or extras matter?
All five selected sets include envelopes. Pajean also includes stickers, while other listed sets focus on cards and envelopes. If mailing invitations, review the product’s stated dimensions and envelope information rather than assuming every set uses the same format.
Frequently Asked Questions
What details should I include on a birthday invitation?
Include the birthday person’s name, party date, start time, location, and RSVP instructions. Add other useful information, such as an activity or directions, if the card has room.
How many birthday invitations do I need?
Count each household or guest you intend to invite and compare that total with the package quantity. Buying a few extra can help if your list changes.
Are themed invitations necessary?
No. Themed invitations are useful when you want guests to recognize the party’s activity or style, but a general birthday design can work for celebrations without a set theme.
Which option includes the most cards?
Sweetzer & Orange includes 25 invitations. Pajean includes 24, and the other selected sets contain 20 each.
Which invitations include stickers?
Pajean’s art painting party set includes two sheets of stickers in five designs. The other products in this selection do not list stickers among their included items.
